Mrs. Seetha Venkitesh

Mrs. Seetha Venkitesh, the dynamic Principal of Stella Maris Nirmala Nursery School, has been spearheading the quality standards in the school for more than two decades. She is an authority in pre-nursery and early education and is highly respected in the educational fraternity.

Her long experience in bringing about the ideal development of children entrusted to her school by the doting parents has taught her that love and affection, freedom and kindness, are the best keys for enabling the child to achieve his or her full potential.

Emphasis on quality teaching with affection

Mrs. Seetha Venkitesh is of the firm conviction that the quality of teaching and the patience and affectionate nature of the teachers is crucial for the success of a nursery school in achieving its avowed objectives. So, Stella Maris Nirmala Nursery has a rigorous recruitment procedure for its teachers. Besides the experience and qualifications, the teachers must have a pleasant temperament, motherly feeling, affection and love for the children and tremendous patience required for bringing up small children in an ideal way. Even after recruiting the teachers, an intensive in-house training is given for bringing them into the Stella Maris mould.
